This is a 3D Printer STL file for a cover for the 5″ inlet Turboguard. These are most common for Borg Warner S400 series turbos but check yours to be sure. The OD of the turboguard installed should be between 5.75″ and 6″. This purchase is for a downloadable STL file for you to print at home.

If you tow your turbo car/truck on an open trailer you want to prevent the compressor from spinning in transit so the bearings aren’t damaged. I 3D printed this to slip over the turbo guard so I wouldn’t have to remove it or manually stop the wheel which could damage it.

The one pictured has a metal version of my logo pressed in. In case it is not obvious, this file is only for an all plastic version that does not have this metal insert.
